Once again, anything instant is really bad for you. However, the baby boomers felt otherwise. This radioactive orange cheese meal is really bad for your health and quite honeslty, it looks bad for your health too. The macaroni comes packaged with a bag of powdery gross orange cheese and a long list of chemicals that are shockingly bad for your body! Phlatates, which are man-made chemicals that can alter your hormones, are found in this very orange powdered cheese. This is what gives instant mac ’n’ cheese its extremely long shelf life. Other than that, it is really just a disgusting meal.

Pot Pies

Baby boomers just love pot pies! It does not matter if it’s homemade or purchased from the store. The flaky crust, steamy meat, and the veggie filling make up the ultimate comfort food for a baby boomer. Pot pies are not the worst tasting meal around, although, they do cause quite unpleasant stomach pains. It is probably best to leave them for the baby boomers who seem to have stomaches strong enough to endure them.
