Otherwise known as Shut the Gate Salad, Watergate salad is far worse than the Watergate scandal. If anyone comes near your house with a Wintergate salad, you really should just shut the gate on them. The anything but charming salad is made up of jello instant pistachio pudding, marshmallows, canned pineapple, and topped with walnuts. Can you even imagine how terrible it must taste for the average person that actually has taste buds?

In today’s world, there are thousands of different candy treats available. M&M’s, Hershey’s, Reese’s, and the tastiest chocolate bars. Yet to this day, the baby boomers are still handing out these tasteless strawberry candy things on Halloween. It is almost as though they want their homes to be trashed with eggs!
