Home Air Freshener
Baking Soda is a more effective and economical way to freshen up your room than a lot of commercial air fresheners. Unlike commercial air fresheners, bicarb is used as a component that actually eliminates odors as opposed to just covering them up and tainting your home and sinuses with copious amounts of unknown and harmful chemicals. Just mix it up with some of your favorite essential oils and you are sorted! This sure beats the horrid smell of chemical air fresheners.
Freshen Up Your Fridge
Due to the nature and the function of refrigerators, whether because of leftovers, the hassle of cleaning them properly, or even gunk getting stuck in all the little corners, they can easily get a bit smelly, or frankly even really stinky indeed. Whatever the source of the stink, nobody wants their fridge to put them off their food.
The solution for this is really simple. Open a box of baking soda and put it at the back of your refrigerator, and that should neutralize any bad odors in the appliance. All you need to do to maintain this trick is to replace it about every two months. Voila, fresh fridge!
