Fishing through the Shallows
Humans can sometimes be outsmarted, even by fishes and this is what we see here. The fishermen had thought everything would go according to plan. But they underestimated the competition. What seems to be a catfish has successfully navigated its way safely behind enemy lines. Their positions have been exposed and this agent will proceed to report back to his fishy friends. The game is up, fellas, time to reel it in and pack up for the day.

Perhaps none of these people really intended to break the law and ignore the sign. Probably they journeyed from the opposite side of the bridge. They really shouldn’t be blamed for crossing this line. It seems like you would need a whole riot police squad to break this scene up! We are sure that these portly fisherpeople would not go down without a fight. We are not sure how effective a fishing pole is as a weapon, though.
