Lupita Samano is one of the many success stories from the reality television program and started her journey at 700 pounds and couldn’t leave her bed for years. She shook off just about 400 pounds during her time on the show and kept going. Her boyfriend passed away due to kidney failure in 2020, but this didn’t stop her from reaching the closest she’s been to her goal weight of 180 pounds at 200 pounds currently.

Brandi And Kandi Dreier – 600 Pounds Each
Season 5 of My 600-Lb Life welcomed a set of extremely overweight twins called Kandi and Brandi Dreier. They each weighed about 600 pounds and had a very tough upbringing. They each received weight-loss surgery, shook off 200 pounds each, and finally got skin removal surgery. Things got even more interesting when Brandi discovered she was pregnant and married her partner. A baby girl has recently been added to the family, and we couldn’t be happier!
