Costco created some confusion upon mixing up the packaging of their Kirkland Signature ProCare Infant Formula. This was initially created by the group responsible for Similac, eventually changing manufacturing hands with Perrigo. Regardless, shoppers can still expect to find leading brand items more affordably.
