Apparently also unfamiliar with any kindness from strangers, Courtney’s father, Brian, is said to have been taken by surprise. He took it upon himself to share the story on social media, posting about the wonderful person who had left a tip and kind note.

Speaking to the truth of the matter, Brian’s post stated that “It’s not the amount, it’s the humanity of it, he saw she was struggling and a young girl”. The post continues to mention how it was the ability of this stranger to recognize his daughter’s challenging position and to have empathy with her, which made the whole thing that much more special.
