The second moral lesson is that should someone show you kindness, let it act as an inspiration to you. Share the story so that others can have their faith in their fellow man lifted. We are all so quick to share bad news, and ever reluctant to share the good. It may just be your story that inspires the next person.

It is never about how much you can give, and most certainly not about getting credit for it. Whether you can afford to give five dollars or five hundred dollars, it is about showing earnest compassion for others in need. It need not even be money for that matter; there are infinite ways to take an interest and help someone who could use a bit of kindness.
