The investigation into the incident was long and complex, but eventually, the task force was able to determine who was responsible.
It turned out that a rogue nation had developed the creatures as part of a secret biological weapons program. The eggs had been planted in Oscar’s house as a test, to see if the creatures could be transported across borders undetected.
