While Lianna was sure that she wanted to help her friend become a mother, she would need to make the decision with the help of her husband. He would need to help more with their children during the pregnancy and he agreed without a doubt. Having such a large family of their own, and with work commitments, the surrogacy would make things even more challenging for Lianna and her family. The Plan Goes Ahead

The surrogacy was agreed and while both couples felt somewhat emotional about the future, everyone was pleased with the decision.
