Expecting Twins
On the 10th of February 2017, Kevin and Nicole welcomed their twins, Luciana and Dominic. The pregnancy went extremely well and a boy and a girl were born to finally make Kevin and Nicole the parents they had previously never thought possible. "It’s probably the most amazing thing because you think it’s the end of the road, now here we are with two beautiful children,” Kevin said. The couple knew that it was all thanks to the help of Lianna’s selfless act.

Godparents
Kevin and Nicole were certain of no better candidates for the twins as godparents than Shawn and Lianna who had given them the gift of a lifetime of love and joy that would not otherwise have been possible. "I don’t have a sister, but I’d consider her like that. We don’t hold back, we are open, honest, and I am constantly turning to her for guidance,” Nicole explained how Lianna had given her the gift of becoming a mother.
