The man with the soulfully enchanting voice of an angel. Ruben Studdard was declared the second winner of the reality TV show American Idol. He then made his musical debut in 2003 where he was awarded the Best Male R&B Vocal Performance Grammy Award thanks to his inspiring song, Superstar. Studdard would later begin taking his weight as seriously as he does his music, and he has managed to lose an impressive 112 pounds since then.

She even became a Jenny Craig spokesperson after she lost 50 pounds while doing the program herself while overcoming her compulsive eating disorder.
