Ingredients:

  • 1 apple
  • Kale or spinach – you can add both if you want to
  • Apple juice
  • Avocado

Directions:

  1. Cord, and chop the apple into cubes.
  2. Stem chop the spinach and kale.
  3. Chop the avocado.
  4. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  5. If the consistency is too thick, feel free to add some water to thin it out.
