While hosting a maximum of eight attendees per evening, each plate receives Andres’ intimate construction. Each of Andres’ restaurants is situated within the Cosmopolitan Hotel. As one can imagine, the fare is made up of post-modern Spanish fare. Expect to pay $250 a head for e’s undivided magic.
