Here is another baby boomer recipe that relies on the dreaded jello. Jelly salad just doesn’t sound quite right, and that’s because it is not! This repulsive recipe requires gelatine, tomato juice, green pepper, artificial sweetener, beef broth, and other ingredients that just get worse and worse.
This gross dish is low in calories and low in nutritional value. It is one of the 1974 Weight Watchers recipes and it may have been an extremely effective diet dish because it is highly unlikely that anyone would actually eat it!
