Gut Feeling
The couple knew something was wrong with Keely. Up until now, she had not sought a diagnosis as she was living her life normally despite the weight gain and fatigue. She had no idea what else it could be if she was not pregnant. No matter how much personal research Keely did, or how many professional opinions she received, there was little sense that to be made out of anything. The couple were going to need divine intervention, it seemed.

Keely felt that she was expecting a baby and was not sure why the doctors were telling her otherwise. She knew she should trust that the medical professionals knew what they were doing, but something held her back. While we should generally put our good faith in doctors, we also need to realize that they are also prone to making errors just like the rest of us. Keely’s inner voice was strangely telling her otherwise.
