Castano is a celebrity trainer and owner of the Acero Training Series, working out of Sydney, Australia. She hired him in November 2019 to start her year of health with a massive bang, working every day and getting only one day off a week.

According to Jono, Rebel Wilson does high-intensity interval training or HIIT on the first, third, fourth, fifth, and seventh days of the week. The devotion to her health journey is exceptionally admirable. It involves short bursts of heavy exercise in the hopes of getting the heart rate up. This can be anything from aerobics to resistance training. Many consider resistance training to be more effective than cardio when it comes to weight loss.
