A top ten finish at the Mountain West Championship in her junior year really shone a light on the young talent, and scouts started to take notice. Many of her future rivals also began to take note of this young woman who was making such dazzling waves in the game. This was a defining moment of her career, and one she looks back on fondly. Paige by no means left her final year in university without making a splash. This would be the year where she would wrap up the season by being a part of the team that led San Diego State to win their first-ever Mountain West Conference Championship. Even with the enormous pressure on her shoulders, Paige’s confidence and clear-headedness were unshaken and she played with her usual power and precision. This was one for the history books!
