Following her studies, Britt commenced her employment in Washington DC with a branch of ABC. Finally, she departed from that role for a position in D.C. beat with ESPN.

Steele’s work commenced in the South Bend of Indiana, speaking on sports within a nearby CBS partner. She strove to headline a broader audience, reaching all the way to Baltimore, Indianapolis and Tampa prior to being taken on in 2007 by ESPN.
