Fast food may prove convenient, cost-conservative, and tasty. However, you could end up spending more health wise in the long run if you decide to enjoy fast food because it contains dangerous preservatives, trans fats, additives, artificial coloring, and other chemicals that are deadly for your body. These chemicals can lead to a lot of health concerns from heart disease and obesity, to cancer and even diabetes. The terribly concerning ingredient lists in fast foods are unfortunately what makes it taste so good, although, your body will really thank you later if you decide to spend the extra time cooking homemade meals!
#17 Wheat
Wheat can cause spikes and drops in blood glucose levels because it contains a lot of carbohydrates. In addition to this, it can also lead to rapid weight gain, obesity, and even diabetes. What’s more, high blood glucose levels can actually speed up the aging process, affecting even your skin. When taking all this into account, it is not really worth it to eat wheat at all.
